If you’re determined to lose weight, always remember eating processed foods is a sin. Eating fresh and natural is a must. In this modern world, we are surrounded by processed foods, and we must constantly be on guard and not give in to temptation.
By eliminating processed foods you will put your diet into hyperdrive. Always focus on natural foods, like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and oils, and lean proteins. Always choose these foods over processed, man-made foods
If you remember only one dieting rule, remember this one: eat fresh. eat natural. This is the Golden Rule of dieting. If you only make one change to your diet plan, this is it.
Thou Shalt NOT Set Long Term Goals
If you want to succeed in your diet, you must continually set short term goals. Think about your strategy today and tomorrow, not months ahead. Make your choices for lunch a couple hours from now and stick with it. If you constantly focus on your goal a month from now, it becomes all too easy to get distracted and give up.
Of course you do have a long term weight loss goal, and that should always be on your mind. Put your goals in writing and tell a friend or family member about your intentions. Making a public commitment will help ensure that you reach your goal.
Keep your day-to-day goals a top priority, but look down the road two weeks. Where do you hope to be? Good habits are generally formed after two weeks of sustained effort. After that, it takes less work and new, healthy habit can be established. This is the perfect amount of time to build new habits that will stand the test of time.

Avoid Pointless Comparisons
Avoid comparing yourself to others. This is your journey alone. You cannot expect the same results as everyone else. Learn from their experience, and you will reach your goal much faster, but don’t expect exactly the same results.
Keep these diet commandments in mind. Focus on them and be confident you are building a truly righteous body.
